As Senior Vice President, Client Relations for MRO, Hardwick is responsible for strategic client engagement programs and overall client satisfaction. Prior to joining MRO, he was CEO and President of Record Enterprises Inc., a Health Information Management (HIM) company that provided hospitals with an outsourcing program for patient release of information, medical coding and medical/confidential record storage. Previously, he was CEO and president of MedRecs Law Inc., a record acquisition company. Additionally, he was a manager in the healthcare consulting division of Ernst & Young and worked as the Director of HIM at Saint Margaret Hospital in Montgomery, AL and Southampton Memorial Hospital in Franklin, VA. Hardwick is a past President of the Virginia Health Information Management Association (VHIMA) and the recipient of East Carolina’s Allied Health Sciences Distinguished Alumni Award. He holds a B.S. in Health Information Management.

In his role as Vice President, Requester Relations for MRO, Ford serves as a liaison between MRO’s healthcare provider clients and payers requesting large volumes of medical records for purposes of pre- and post-payment audits, as well as HEDIS and risk adjustment reviews. He oversees payer audit and review projects end-to-end, from educating and supporting clients on proper billing practices and procedural obligations, to streamlining processes that ensure timely delivery of medical documentation to the requesting payers. Prior to joining MRO, Ford worked as Director of Operations and Sales at ARC Document Solutions for 15 years. He received his B.S. from Delaware Valley University.

As Vice President of Client Success for MRO, Rose leads the implementation and account management teams, as well as MRO’s corporate policy. She manages all activities related to successfully onboarding new clients to MRO’s Release of Information (ROI) services and directs the development and alignment of all policies and procedures across the organization. Additionally, she oversees the initiatives of the account management team in extending relationships, account optimization, executive business reviews and tactical execution of client engagement programs. She has over 25 years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM), with focused expertise in privacy and security. Prior to joining MRO, she served as Director of HIM Practice Excellence for the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Rose is an active member of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and currently serves as President-elect of the Pennsylvania Health Information Management Association (PHIMA). Rose is an established author and speaker on various HIM topics. She has served as adjunct faculty and currently serves on the University of Pittsburgh’s and Temple University’s HIM Advisory Boards. She received her Bachelor of Science in HIM from the University of Pittsburgh and Master’s in Health Administration from the University of South Florida.

In her role as Senior Vice President, Operations for MRO, Washington is responsible for leading operations of staffed client sites, ensuring all PHI disclosure management activities are compliant with established facility, state and federal regulations and are completed in a timely and fiscally responsible manner. She has 18 years of experience in progressive management positions in the logistics and supply chain industry. Prior to joining MRO, she worked for UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Washington received her B.A. from Glasgow Caledonian University and B.S. from the State University of New York (SUNY) New Platz.

As Senior Director of Revenue Integrity Solutions for MRO, Dawn oversees revenue cycle and business office specific solutions. She has over 25 years as an experienced healthcare leader with extensive knowledge of provider compliance and revenue cycle operations.
Dawn has held leadership roles in large health systems, small revenue cycle startups and in a value-based care technology company, where she managed quality and compliance. Dawn has a passion for improving healthcare and reducing administrative burdens, especially across revenue cycle functions and payer audits. She has spoken at numerous HCCA, AHIMA and HFMA events, and is a national author on compliance and revenue cycle topics. She attended University of Missouri- Columbia, and currently serves as secretary of the Greater Heartland HFMA chapter.
