As Chief Innovation Officer for MRO, Baralay drives strategy and success across the enterprise. His focus is to help drive organizational strategy that leverages MRO’s technology capabilities and to develop new technologies to solve business problems for MRO’s clients. Baralay joins MRO from FIGmd, now an MRO company, where he was Chief Executive Officer. Baralay is a Health IT expert, innovator, and entrepreneur. He has pioneered various groundbreaking products and services for healthcare over the past 23 years, starting his very first business at the young age of 15. Over the past decade, Baralay built FIGmd into the largest provider of clinical quality and measurement products in the US, thus attracting MRO to acquire the company. Baralay received his B.E. from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

As CEO, Jason is responsible for driving strategy, growth and profitability of MRO. Before joining MRO, Jason was CEO of Discovery Health Partners which provided payment and revenue integrity technology solutions to health plans and was acquired by MultiPlan (NYSE: MPLN) in March 2021. Prior to serving as CEO of Discovery, Jason was part of building some of healthcare technology’s most innovative and impactful companies, including Evolent Health, Valence Health and MedAssets. Jason’s early career experience includes time working at The Boston Consulting Group, The Home Depot, Goldman Sachs and Vista Equity Partners. Recently, Jason was named an Entrepreneur Of The Year 2024 Greater Philadelphia Award winner for his dedication to unifying teams, fostering innovation, and creating pathways for sustainable future growth. Jason is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Morehouse College and holds a MBA from Harvard Business School.

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for MRO, Eastman oversees MRO’s financial initiatives. Prior to assuming this role, Eastman was CFO of Availity, LLC, an integrated healthcare technology company that leverages its digital information network to improve care coordination and patient outcomes and increase financial and operating efficiencies for payers and providers. Prior to Availity, Eastman was CFO at Inovalon, Inc., a leading healthcare data connectivity and clinical analytics company. Eastman, who began his career in various finance roles at Express Scripts, Inc. and PWC, LLP, graduated with an accounting degree from St. Norbert College and received his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

In his role as Chief Interoperability Officer, Murray oversees MRO’s strategic initiatives related to accelerating clinical data exchange. In addition to overseeing the clinical data exchange team, Anthony also is responsible for the interoperability and systems integrations teams, to utilize advanced technologies to deliver secure, meaningful information exchange. Anthony, as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and partners closely with MRO’s security, privacy, compliance and innovation thought leaders, to assess all areas of the clinical data exchange and to provide value through modern, secure technologies. Anthony has over 20 years of experience in technology and security supporting the healthcare industry vertical, including release of information, clinical manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.

In his role as Chief Human Resources Officer, Powlick is responsible for enterprise wide human capital resource planning, the creation of a client centric cultural blueprint and the strategy surrounding the ongoing development of current and future MRO leaders. Through Powlick’s leadership, MRO aims to hire the highest quality employees and management to provide clients with direct access to highly trained professionals committed to client responsiveness and unparalleled customer service. Prior to joining MRO, Powlick worked at CardConnect Payments, LLC as Director of Human Resources and at MobilexUSA as Corporate Human Resources Manager. He received his B.A. from Temple University and M.S. from Villanova University. Powlick is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Thomas is responsible for oversight of all areas of technology for MRO, including product-related software development, infrastructure, analytics engineering and technology vision and architecture. Prior to MRO, Thomas was the CIO of eviCore healthcare, the leading provider of diversified medical benefits management solutions that help clients reduce costs while increasing quality of care. He spent a total of 10 years at eviCore with multiple leadership roles in technology including application development teams, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and program management. Beyond being eviCore’s CIO, Thomas also led eviCore’s Agile Transformation Team (a cross functional team of leaders across eviCore responsible for driving enterprise agility). Before eviCore he worked in the defense industry for 12 years in various leadership roles working with several agencies across the government and a variety of technologies including National Missile Defense, Remote Sniper Detection and Perimeter Security Robots. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Auburn University, and M.B.A. from University of South Alabama.

As Chief Product Officer, Mo drives the product strategy and roadmap for MRO. Before coming to MRO, Mo was the SVP of Corporate and Product Strategy at Cotiviti, a healthcare company helping healthcare payers manage medical costs and advance care quality. Prior to Cotiviti, Mo was at FinThrive (f.k.a. MedAssets), a provider-focused company, where she led product management for its portfolio of billing and denials management technology solutions. Mo spent the earlier part of her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and The Bridgespan Group. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Economics from Smith College and got her master’s degree in Health Policy and Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Matt is accountable for MRO’s go-to-market strategies, market expansion and creating deeper alignment with our current and prospective clients. Prior to joining MRO, Matt spent 20 years with Cerner Corporation, the leading global supplier of healthcare information technology solutions focused on optimizing clinical and financial outcomes. He held a variety of roles including General Manager, Cerner Australia, Head of Sales and Senior Vice President, Client Relationships. Matt serves on several not-for-profit Boards in Kansas City where he resides with his wife and two children. He graduated with degrees in Life Sciences and Management Information Systems from Kansas State University.

In his role as President, Provider Solutions, Zmigrodski is responsible for the operations, resource alignment, and process execution for the clinical exchange side of MRO's business, including release of information and revenue integrity services. He oversees the secure, efficient exchange of protected health information both at MRO’s headquarters and at client facility locations across the US. Prior to joining MRO, Zmigrodski spent over fifteen years with UPS Supply Chain Solutions where he held various positions including operations, logistics, and engineering roles. Zmigrodski received his B.A. from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey – New Brunswick.
