Chief Client Officer
In his role as Chief Client Officer, O’Connor is responsible for the expansion and retention of MRO’s client base through strategic sales and marketing initiatives, building the foundation of lasting partnerships through dedicated implementation services and providing a superior experience for clients, guided by a team of industry experts. O’Connor has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and operational roles. Prior to joining MRO, he spent seven years with Allscripts Healthcare, where he created the company’s first direct ambulatory electronic health record (EHR) sales team and later managed the sales and sales strategy for their Health Information Exchange (HIE), population health and financial performance solutions within the acute care market. O’Connor is a member of American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS). He received his B.S. and M.B.A. from Minnesota State University.
