MRO inks new deals with three Heathcare Systems in the Garden State

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. – March 10, 2005 – MRO Corporation, one of the nations most technologically advanced release-of-information (ROI) service companies, today announced three new release-of-information processing contracts in the state of New Jersey.

The new clients using MRO’s ROI Online program are Kennedy Memorial Hospitals (Cherry Hill, Washington Township and Stratford campuses), Solaris Health System (JFK Medical Center and Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center) and Shore Memorial Hospital.

“We are very excited to grow our market share in New Jersey”, stated John Walton, Director of Sales for MRO. “These new clients, combined with existing client Atlantic City Medical Center, provide us with a substantial footprint in New Jersey. ROI Online is compelling for any HIM department with a significant volume of record requests and we will continue to expand as more facilities review our program”.

ROI Online is designed for healthcare providers to efficiently process release-of-information requests in-house. Facility personnel receive the request, pull or access the chart, and send the requested information directly into ROI Online using MRO’s unique browser-based scanning and document capture systems. MRO processes the request from there, handling all the time consuming fulfillment requirements such as billing, collections, logging & tracking, requestor relations & communications, and physical distribution of the requested record. MRO remits a percentage of the revenue back to the facility on a monthly basis.
