Samir Jahagirdar is the Vice President, Operations & Delivery at FIGmd, an MRO company in India. In his role he leads the service delivery function in India. Since joining company in 2016, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s service delivery strategy and aligning it with the future business landscape. He has helped significantly scale up the systems, processes, tools and interactions with both internal and external stakeholders. Jahagirdar has over 22 years of experience in various domains and geographies in leadership roles. He has worked with some of the top Fortune 500 Companies and successfully executed IT transformation, Service Operations Transformation, IT Delivery and Process Optimization.

He is an ITIL expert with deep knowledge on delivery management & governance. Jahagirdar is an engineering graduate from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai.
