Norristown, PA—December 18, 2025—MRO, the leader in clinical data management and intelligent data exchange, announced today that Hassan Abdallah, JD, CHC, FACHDM, has expanded his role and now serves as the company’s Vice President, Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer, reflecting MRO’s continued investment in compliance as a strategic foundation for trust, scale, and innovation in healthcare.
An industry professional with more than 15 years of experience, Abdallah brings deep expertise in building and scaling enterprise compliance programs across complex regulatory environments. Prior to joining MRO, he served as Head of Compliance and Special Investigations at Oscar Health, and previously as Interim Chief Compliance Officer at Health Alliance Plan of Michigan, where he led national compliance efforts across diverse lines of business.
Abdallah’s expertise and work in compliance extends beyond clinical data. He is also the Chairman, Board of Ethics for the City of Dearborn, MI, which oversees compliance with the city’s ethics code and ensures integrity in public service.
“Compliance is no longer a back-office function, it’s a core enabler of trust, scale, and resilience in healthcare,” said Abdallah. “As regulatory pressure increases and data becomes more central to care, organizations need compliance leadership that is proactive, integrated, and forward-looking.”
In his expanded role at MRO, Abdallah will continue strengthening the company’s integrated framework for compliance, privacy, and governance – overseeing rigorous regulatory and data-management standards that meet the escalating demands of today’s healthcare landscape. His responsibilities will include driving a compliance model that reinforces MRO’s role as a trusted industry leader—leveraging rigorous governance and data stewardship to create sustained strategic value for clients.
“Compliance is foundational to trust in healthcare; and trust is what enables scale,” said Abdallah. “At MRO, we’re focused on building compliance programs that not only meet regulatory expectations, but actively support innovation, operational excellence, and long-term growth.”
