MRO’s CTO to sit on board of nation’s leading health data sharing non-profit

The Sequoia Project supports multiple, independently managed health information technology interoperability initiatives, most notably the eHealth Exchange, the largest health data sharing network of its kind in the United States. This rapidly growing community of exchange partners shares information under a common trust framework and a common set of rules across all 50 states, including nearly half of all U.S. hospitals.
The Sequoia Project also supports Carequality, a public-private collaboration to build consensus among existing data sharing networks regarding policy, technical specifications and best practices, much like the telecommunications industry did for linking cell phone networks. MRO is a founding member of Carequality.
