Distinction singles out Patient Advocate program for its innovative approach to customer service
NORRISTOWN, Pa. – February 28, 2017 – MRO, a leader in the secure, compliant and efficient exchange of Protected Health Information (PHI), announced today that it won a Bronze Stevie Award for Innovation in Customer Service in the 11th annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service. MRO was recognized for the launch of its Patient Advocate program, which enables healthcare providers to deliver higher levels of service to their patients.
The Patient Advocate program was initiated by MRO’s Client Support team in 2016 to elevate the PHI disclosure management company’s focus on patient satisfaction. The Patient Advocate team provides specialized support to patients requesting medical records from MRO’s client locations.
