Three health systems choose to partner with firm for protected health information disclosure management
Each of the health systems will use MRO’s KLAS-rated No. 1 release of information (ROI) solution, ROI Online®, a platform designed to drive high levels of PHI disclosure accuracy and quality while enabling consistent enforcement of policy and procedures across healthcare enterprises. All three clients chose to use MRO’s ROI service model that includes onsite staffing.
- Fairview Health Services based in Minneapolis, Minnesota—a nonprofit integrated health system with 56+ primary care clinics, 55+ specialty clinics, 70+ senior housing locations and 40+ retail and specialty clinics.
- University of Minnesota Physicians based in Minneapolis, Minnesota—a multispecialty group practice that owns or manages more than 50 specialty clinics and five family medicine clinics.
- Charleston Area Medical Center based in Charleston, West Virginia—a four-hospital, nonprofit regional health system.
The addition of the three health systems to the MRO client base is part of MRO’s rapid expansion. Earlier this year, the company announced its partnership with a large Philadelphia-based health system. As a result of sustained growth, MRO has made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies for the past four years.
“It is very rewarding for MRO to onboard many of the nation’s finest health systems to our PHI disclosure management service,” said Stephen Hynes, CEO for MRO. “While rapid expansion reflects progress, we remain focused on the need to invest in our technology and employees to maintain exceptional service quality.”
MRO is the five-time KLAS “Category Leader” for release of information, as designated in the 2013-2018 “Best in KLAS Software & Services” reports. In September 2018, KLAS released the report “Release of Information 2018: Who Delivers Most Consistently Across Customers?” in which MRO was recognized for the best overall performance, highest quality service, fastest turnaround times and proven scalability.
MRO, the KLAS-rated #1 provider of release of information (ROI) solutions since 2013, empowers healthcare organizations with proven, enterprise-wide solutions for the secure, compliant and efficient exchange of protected health information (PHI).
