Under this agreement, the Detroit-based health system will integrate RAC Tracker Online with its existing release-of-information software from MRO, ROI Online™. The module will allow HFHS to manage incoming RAC requests from initial audit through the appeals process and payment resolution. In addition to tracking all aspects of the process, RAC Tracker Online will create detailed trend analyses, identifying steps to be taken by HFHS in order to enhance the claims process and avoid future audits.
