Stan Zhukarev

Vice President, National Service Center Operations

In his role as Associate Vice President, National Service Center Operations for MRO, Zhukarev manages the operational units within MRO’s centralized National Service Center, including User Support, Requester Services, Disclosure Integrity and Distribution, and Remote Services. Having held roles within each of these groups, as well as facility-based Client Operations, Zhukarev has a unique and deep understanding of MRO’s operations and how to drive metrics and turnaround times critical to meeting the needs of both healthcare providers and requesters of Protected Health Information (PHI). Prior to joining MRO, he worked in financial services management for eight years. Zhukarev is a Certified Release of Information Specialist (CRIS) through the Association of Health Information Outsourcing Services (AHIOS), and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt. He received his B.A. from Kenyon College.
