Vice President, Customer Engagement

As VP of Customer Engagement for MRO, Baralay oversees MRO’s Market Solutions US Operations. She manages all activities related to client management, services, and support. She joins MRO from FIGmd, now an MRO company, where she was Chief Operating Officer. She has over 20 years of experience in health care. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Midwestern University – Chicago College of Pharmacy.
