MRO Corp. Acquires Release-of-Information Services Vendor Keystone Management Solutions
Acquisition enables MRO to expand geographic footprint and extend disclosure management services to existing Keystone customers

The acquisition will enable the former Keystone clients to take advantage of MRO’s disclosure management platform and associated services, such as accounting of disclosures and audit tracking. Keystone Management Solutions’ Vice President Gregory Girton will join MRO as regional operations director.
