Michelle Jacobi

Chief Legal Officer

In her role as Chief Legal Officer, Jacobi oversees all legal and legislative initiatives. Prior to joining MRO, Jacobi was Deputy General Counsel at Gateway Health. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial, technology and healthcare industries, of which during the last 16 she has served as a corporate, healthcare, employment, transactional and regulatory attorney. Areas of specialty for Jacobi include health law; state and federal regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans; government contracting; federally conforming compliance program development, assessment and audit; data usage and licensing; mergers and acquisitions; and information security and data privacy (ISO, CCPA, PCI). Jacobi received her dual B.S. degrees from Brigham University, and her J.D. and certificate in Health Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
