Jason Brown

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Jason is responsible for driving strategy, growth and profitability of MRO. Before joining MRO, Jason was CEO of Discovery Health Partners which provided payment and revenue integrity technology solutions to health plans and was acquired by MultiPlan (NYSE: MPLN) in March 2021. Prior to serving as CEO of Discovery, Jason was part of building some of healthcare technology’s most innovative and impactful companies, including Evolent Health, Valence Health and MedAssets. Jason’s early career experience includes time working at The Boston Consulting Group, The Home Depot, Goldman Sachs and Vista Equity Partners. Jason is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Morehouse College and holds a MBA from Harvard Business School.
