Bakary Seckan

Chief of Staff

Bakary Seckan serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at MRO, where he has responsibility for driving enterprise strategic planning, defining our operating cadence, and leading special projects. Prior to MRO, Bakary served as the Chief of Staff to the CFO of Twitter and led strategic initiatives and special projects for the Finance and Partnerships organization. Prior to Twitter, Bakary worked at CVS Health for four years on the Strategy & Business Development team, with responsibility for M&A, strategic partnerships, and venture investments, and was a key member of the team responsible for executing the $77B acquisition and integration of Aetna. Bakary began his career in investment banking, working at William Blair & Company and Cowen (Formerly Portico Capital Securities), where he was responsible for executing mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions for middle market companies in healthcare and technology. Bakary earned his Master of Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Morehouse College with a BA in Economics.
