Andy Holt

Vice President, Engineering (US)

In her role as Vice President, Engineering (US), Andy is responsible for the strategy, planning and oversight of several areas of technology at MRO; product-related engineering, analytics engineering, and talent management. Prior to MRO, Andy spent a total of 6+ years at Cigna; a multinational healthcare and insurance company. During her tenure at Cigna, Andy held a wide breadth of technology leadership roles developing value driven strategies and building departments that delivered multi-million dollars of enterprise value. In the last 16+ years, Andy has worked in several technology leadership positions across healthcare and banking ecosystems leading Technology, Culture and Agile Transformations. Andy holds a Bachelors of Art from the University of Kentucky. Andy is active in the Nashville Technology Community, enabling others in the advancement of their technology and leadership craftsmanship.
